Superestate needed a website to provide a marketing presence and a member portal which would reflect their commitment to simplifying superannuation. They also needed a back-end superannuation administration system to handle member data and transactions that could access the ATO’s SuperStream and SuperMatch gateways. From initial discussions for GBST to be a gateway provider, Superestate engaged us to support development of a full technology stack from website to the back-end.

GBST built a complete backend solution for Superestate using our Composer software – that integrated with DXP for a seamless workflow. Automated forms and streamlined workflows eliminate manual processing of forms, for a sign-up process that is fast, simple, compliant and entirely online.

The streamlined process has seen fund membership double in June-July 2019, with over 2,500 people signing up via the new portal and rolling over their super into Superestate.
